Olmstead Consumer Taskforce Committees

Iowa’s Olmstead Consumer Taskforce (OCTF) meets bi-monthly with the voting members’ commitment to belong to at least one subcommittee. Olmstead Plan Committee

The Olmstead Plan Committee is open to the public and is dedicated to the advocacy on a functional state Olmstead Plan that not only ensures compliance with the Olmstead Decision for all people to live in the least restrictive environment possible, but to monitor the improvement of Iowans with disabilities’ quality of life. This includes advising state agencies in how to continuously provide services that are striving for that higher level of care. The membership to this committee is as follows:
